ගෙවීම් මාර්ගෝපදේශය – මුදල් ගෙවීමට පෙර කරුණාකර කියවන්න.

Stock පිළිබඳ විමසීම

•  මුදල් ගෙවීමට පෙර ඔබට අවශ්‍ය භාණ්ඩය වෙළඳසැලෙහි පවතීද යන්න තහවුරු කරගැනීම සඳහා දුරකථන ඇමතුමක් ලබාගන්න.

භාණ්ඩ භාරදීමේදී මුදල් ගෙවීම

• අප විසින් Cash On Delivery පහසුකම ලබා නොදෙන අතර සම්පූර්ණ මුදල ලැබීමෙන් පසුව භාණ්ඩය ඔබට ලබාදීමට කටයුතු කෙරේ.
• ඔබ විසින් පෙර ඇනවුමක් (Pre-Order) සිදු කරන්නේ නම් එම භාණ්ඩයේ සම්පූර්ණ මුදලින් 50% මුදලක් ගෙවීමට අවශ්‍ය වේ.

ගෙවීම් තහවුරු කිරීම

• ඔබ විසින් මුදල් ගෙවීමක් සිදුකිරීමේදී තැන්පතු යන්ත්‍රය මගින් හෝ Online ගෙවීමක් සිදු කරන්නේ නම් ඊට අදාළ රිසිට් පත හෝ ස්ක්‍රීන් ෂොට් එකක් WhatsApp කරන්න.

බෙදාහැරීමේ ලිපිනය පිළිබඳ තහවුරු කිරීම

• ඔබගේ ලිපිනයෙහි ප්‍රධාන නගරයක් හෝ නගරයක් ඇතුළත් නොවේ නම් ආසන්නතම ප්‍රධාන නගරය සඳහන් කරන්න. අවම වශයෙන් දුරකථන අංක 2ක් ලබාදිය යුතුය.
• ඔබගේ ඇනවුම බෙදා හැරීම සඳහා නම සහ සම්පූර්ණ ලිපිනය නිවැරදිව ඇතුළත් කර ඇති බවට තහවුරු කරගන්න.

කාඩ්පත් ගෙවීම්

• කාඩ්පත් මගින් ගෙවීම් සිදුකිරීමට වෙළඳසැලට පැමිණිය යුතු අතර මෙය තාවකාලික තත්ත්වයකි. ඉදිරියේදී වෙබ් ගෙවීම් පහසුකම ඔබට අත්විඳිය හැක.
• හරපත් සහ ණයපත් මගින් ගෙවීම් සිදු කරන විට Visa / Master Cards සඳහා 3.5% ක් සහ Amex Card සඳහා 4% ක් බැංකුව විසින් අය කරගනී.
• පස්වරු 3:00 න් පසු කරන ලද ගෙවීම්වලට අදාළ ඇණවුම් ඊළඟ දිනයේදී කුරියර් කරනු ලැබේ.

Stock Availability Check

• Before making a payment, call the store to confirm whether the item you need is available.

No Cash On Delivery

• We do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option. The item will be provided only after full payment is received.
• If you are placing a Pre-Order, a 50% advance payment is required.

Payment Confirmation

• If you make a payment via a deposit machine or online transfer, please send the relevant receipt or screenshot via WhatsApp.

Shipping Address Verification

• If your address does not include a main city or town, please mention the nearest major city. You must provide at least two contact numbers.
• Please ensure that you have entered the correct name and full address for the delivery of your order.

Card Payments

• Payments through cards must be made by visiting the store, and this is a temporary condition. In the future, you will be able to use online payment options.
• When making payments through debit and credit cards, the bank charges 3.5% for Visa / Master Cards and 4% for Amex Cards.
• Orders related to payments made after 3:00 PM will be couriered the next day.
